We all know about the wellbeing benefits of volunteering for volunteers. But what about the wellbeing and productivity of those who lead and manage volunteers?
Volunteer managers have stressed the importance of this subject in response to our survey. The demands and lack of time, capacity and support we face as staff, volunteers, teams and organisations is only growing.
That’s why AVM has brought together six specialists to help you explore the meaning and importance of wellbeing and productivity in your work and beyond.
The failure to unlock people’s full potential costs UK organisations more than £6 billion. Only 2 in 5 of the workforce are working at peak performance. If we want our people to flourish they need to have the strategies and tools to improve their knowledge, productivity, focus, energy and resilience.
This event will give delegates the opportunity to learn them and help their volunteers, colleagues and organisations learn them too.
