The session includes time to consider your own approach to change to help you navigate uncertainty while preserving trust and commitment\, ensuring innovation and change align with your values and volunteer motivation. \nThis event will cover:\n\nHow to develop strategies to foster innovation whilst maintaining service levels and stability\nApplying effective change leadership principles in volunteer contexts\nSupporting volunteers through transformation.\n\nAbout the speaker\nDr Nicky Adams – Senior Lecturer in HR and Leadership\, University of Wolverhampton\nDr Nicky Adams is AVM’s Mentoring Scheme Lead Volunteer and a Senior Lecturer in HR and Leadership at the University of Wolverhampton and a Samaritans listening volunteer. An experienced facilitator\, coach\, and mentor\, she specialises in developing others’ skills in leadership\, change management\, learning and development\, and professional growth.  Nicky’s area of research is leadership and management and the development of these skills in the voluntary sector.
