Stress is a natural response to life and work. Stress can be motivating as well as overwhelming. Learning effective approaches and strategies will help you, your teams and your organisation.
This session will explore practical ways to reduce and manage stress, as well as changing the way we think about it. When stress is unavoidable, or outside of your control, trick your brain into seeing this as a positive experience and allow your adrenaline to drive you to success.
Understand the impact of stress on ourselves, our colleagues, employees and volunteers and discover how to manage it effectively.
