The first meeting of the Scotland Peer Support Networking Group is an opportunity for anyone working in volunteer management to connect with other volunteer managers, share best practices, pick up new ideas and collaborate with each other.
Everyone is welcome, although booking is essential as places are limited by the venue capacity.
The format and frequency of meetings will be discussed at this first meeting.
About AVM’s regional Peer Support Networking Groups
Our new Peer Support Networking Groups aim to bring people together to develop, connect and empower one another as well as further the volunteer management profession.
They are managed by a regional Peer Support Group Lead, and free of charge for anyone working in volunteer management.
We are slowly expanding face-to-face networking opportunities across the four nations, although everyone is welcome to attend any meeting, regardless of where they are based.
We will announce meeting dates for other regional groups over the coming months. If you are not an AVM Member, make sure that you are subscribed to our Newsletters to get the latest updates for new meetings in your area.
