We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to facilitate a workshop at the AVM Conference this October.
Our annual conference brings together over 200 professionals in volunteer management from across the voluntary sector.
It’s a fantastic platform for learning and sharing valuable insights, and we are currently inviting people to submit proposals for workshops that they would be interested in leading at the Conference on 15 & 16 October 2025.
We are seeking facilitators from a diverse and wide range of backgrounds and experiences. This includes from within the volunteer management sector as well as those bringing valuable perspectives from other sectors and professions – so please share this post with all of your networks.
We’re particularly interested in workshops that explore one of the following four key themes:
- The Volunteer Experience: From Recruitment to Retention
- Building Your Volunteering Infrastructure
- Inclusive Volunteering: Engaging Diverse Communities
- Thriving as a Volunteer Manager: Wellbeing and Professional Development
We believe in recognizing the valuable contribution of our workshop facilitators, so in return they will receive:
