Part of the National Honours system, The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service (the MBE for volunteer groups) is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK. Delivered by Chris Reed in his capacity as QAVS Committee member, this session will provide more information about this prestigious form of recognition including the nomination process and eligibility criteria.
