This session explores how volunteer managers can strengthen trans inclusion and allyship across their teams and organisations. Using the British Red Cross Pronoun Pin Badge Pilot as a case study, the discussion highlights practical ways to build respect, trust, and belonging for trans colleagues and volunteers. Participants will gain insight into creating inclusive environments, navigating sensitive conversations with confidence, and embedding everyday allyship practices. The event also introduces the vision for a cross‑sector allyship network aimed at supporting wider inclusion across the voluntary sector.
